The Parish Council has declared itself exempt from external audit, as both the payments and receipts for the 2022/23 financial year are under £25,000. The accounts have been audited by an independent internal auditor.

Starting at 7. 00pmGrants of up to £16,000 have been secured by members of the Working Group of the Parish Council for the refurbishment of play equipment at The Park, Banningham Road, Ingworth.
They are now consulting with residents on options for this project.
The final decision will be made by the Parish Council at the AGM in May (date to be confirmed) -

Ingworth Parish
Council is responsible for various amenities in the village including the Reading Room and the playground. It looks after the village sign and keeps an eye on provision of grit for use on the roads in cold weather.
It works in partnership with Norfolk Constabulary to prevent crime and disorder and is keen to ensure that the roads through the village are kept safe for all users and that the speed limit is observed. It also works win partnership with North Norfolk District Council and is a consultee on planning applications and with Norfolk County Council on Highways and with other departments.
